I enjoy working with chronic overthinkers like myself – when you feel that your mind is holding you back from applying your skills. Climbing can be scary, and I believe there is tremendous value in slowly expanding your comfort zone.
We might be a good fit when…
– your climbing level is max. 6c boulder (or lower – happy to work with people who just started climbing!)
– you’re willing to focus more on learning, doing exercises on the wall, or zooming in on technique, rather than projecting hard during our sessions (sends not ruled out though 😉 )
Paraclimbing – climbing with disabilities
Having a physical disability (CP) myself, I am always happy to work with fellow paraclimbers. Climbing is accessible for everybody, including those with a physical disability or visual impairment. My own impairment is mild and I definitely don’t know everything, but I’m happy to work together and discover what the possibilities are!
Please note that I am currently working in bouldering gyms only, and that you do need to be able to fall safely.
