Mind Tricks

In four sessions, we explore technique and mindset with a different focus every week. The sessions consist of:

1. Dynamic climbing (dyno’s, running starts, and some kilter boarding)
2. Static climbing (trusting your feet on slab, standing on volumes, moving around on slopers)
3. Mind games(visualisation, cues, trying really hard or climbing super flowy on purpose)
4. Competition simulation!* You’ll need all the skills from the previous weeks to try and top your boulders, with a time limit
*on existing climbs in the gym & kilter board

How do I sign up?

If you’re interested in participating with a group of friends, send me an email or DM on Instagram. Just indicate how many climbers are in your group (1 – 4 people) and your current climbing level(s). The Mind Tricks series is mostly geared towards climbers comfortably climbing 5a/b boulders, up to 6b/6c.

Of course you can also sign up as an individual, with the wish to be put in a group. In this case, the starting date depends on the other applications. The group size limit is 4 people.

When does a new training series start?

Training series start based on demand.
Trainings take place on Monday evenings, 4 weeks in a row. Sign up or ask your questions by sending me an email or DM!

Mondays inconvenient? Based on demand, we can also plan the trainings on other weekday evenings, Wednesday mornings, or on Fridays. I’m pretty flexible – send me a message to discuss the options.
